THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS CONTINUED THE 

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HURON COUNTY IN OHIO...
  SENECA COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 115 AM EDT

* AT 1114 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...THUNDERSTORMS     
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN STILL MOVING ACROSS EXTREME SOUTHEAST SENECA  
  AND SOUTHWEST HURON COUNTIES AROUND ATTICA AND WILLARD.  RADAR     
  ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 10 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN PARTS OF THIS 
  AREA.  ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED THROUGH MIDNIGHT AND WILL  
  CAUSE FLOODING TO CONTINUE.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  WILLARD
  BLOOMVILLE

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE

QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGrHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
