HURON COUNTY IN OHIO... SENECA COUNTY IN OHIO... * UNTIL 915 PM EDT * AT 712 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN STILL AFFECTING SENECA AND HURON COUNTIES IN A SMALL AREA BETWEEN BLOOMVILLE AND WILLARD. RADAR INDICATES THAT UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 430 PM IN THIS AREA. ADDITIONAL STORMS AREA DEVELOPING AND MOVING TOWARD THIS AREA AND WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING TO DEVELOP WITH UP TO ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN POSSIBLE. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
