THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS EXTENDED THE 

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 330 AM EDT

* AT 1253 AM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF 
THUNDERSTORMS JUST WEST OF MEADVILLE. THIS AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS 
MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  MEADVILLE
  TITUSVILLE
  CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

MANY AREAS HAVE RECEIVED OVER 5 INCHES OF RAIN WEDNESDAY. THIS 
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL JUST AGGRAVATE THE FLOODING SITUATION.
