* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 445 PM EDT

* AT 246 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED MORE THUNDERSTORMS 
WERE MOVING INTO SOUTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY. EARLIER SEVERE 
THUNDERSTORMS DUMPED AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAIN AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 
INCHES OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED BY 4 PM. 

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  MEADVILLE
  COCHRANTON
  GENEVA

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
