THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ERIE COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT

* AT 827 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ANOTHER AREA OF 
THUNDERSTORMS THAT WILL MOVE INTO EASTERN ERIE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA 
THROUGH 10 PM. THIS AREA HAD RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN IN EXCESS OF 2 
INCHES SINCE MID-AFTERNOON. THIS ADDITONAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MORE 
FLOODED ROADS AND STREAMS.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

  EDINBORO
