THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  STARK COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 1015 PM EDT

* AT 818 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED..

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  NAVARRE
  NORTH CANTON

THREE TO LOCALLY FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS STARK COUNTY 
SINCE LATE AFTERNOON AND ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 
1030 PM.  RAPID STREAM AND CREEK RISES ARE LIKELY.

THERE IS A THREAT OF AN EARTHEN DAM BREAK ON CRYSTAL LAKE IN 
JACKSON TOWNSHIP.  RESIDENTS IN THE AREA HAVE BEEN EVACUATED.  THE 
DAM IS CURRENTLY LEAKING AND A FAILURE IS POSSIBLE AT ANY MOMENT.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
