...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR SOUTHERN PENOBSCOT HAS BEEN ALLOWED 
TO EXPIRE...

THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 900 AM EDT FOR 
INTERIOR HANCOCK AND INTERIOR WASHINGTON COUNTIES...

AT 745 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 
RAINFALL HAS DIMINISHED ACROSS SOUTHERN PENOBSCOT COUNTY INCLUDING 
THE TOWN OF OLD TOWN. REPORTS ACROSS THE AREA ALSO SHOW THAT THE 
FLOODING THREAT IS OVER...THUS THE WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

...THE FLOOD WARNING FOR INTERIOR HANCOCK AND INTERIOR WASHINGTON 
COUNTIES HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 900 AM EDT. 

AT 745 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING ACROSS INTERIOR HANCOCK AND 
WASHINGTON COUNTIES WITH RADAR ESTIMATES OF UP TO 3 INCHEZS OF RAIN 
OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 
TO 20 MPH AND SHOULD MOVE INTO NEW BRUNSWICK BY 900 AM EDT.
