THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN LIVINGSTON COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT

* AT 330 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS 
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO DEVELOP OVER SOUTHERN
  LIVINGSTON COUNTY BETWEEN NUNDA AND SPRINGWATER. RADAR ESTIMATES
  INDICATE THAT NEARLY 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER
  SOUTHERN LIVINGSTON COUNTY.

* THE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS AND ARE       
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN.
