* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AND SMALL STREAMS...
  ACROSS CENTRAL ERIE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...CHEEKTOWAGA...DEPEW...EAST           
  AURORA...  LANCASTER...WEST SENECA...ORCHARD PARK

* AT 248 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WEST SENECA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

THE TOWN OF ORCHARD PARK REPORTED A THIRD OF AN INCH OF RAIN IN 
ABOUT 5 MINUTES AS THE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR BEGAN.
