THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN CATTARAUGUS COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK
  WESTERN WYOMING COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 545 PM EDT

* AT 340 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS 
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER WESTERN WYOMING AND EASTERN CATTARUAUGS  
  COUNTIES. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING VERY SLOWLY EAST AT ABOUT 10    
  MILES AN HOUR. DOPPLER RAINFALL ESTIMATES ARE THAT ONE TO TWO      
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN 2 AND 345 PM IN THESE AREAS. 
  ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES IS POSSIBLE.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. 
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE 
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS 
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY 
AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK 
HIGHER GROUND.
