THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ADDISON COUNTY IN VERMONT
  RUTLAND COUNTY IN VERMONT

* UNTIL 400 AM EDT

* AT 955 PM EDT...AMATEUR RADIO WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF ADDISON COUNTY AND RUTLAND   
  COUNTY. THE NEW HAVEN RIVER WAS RISING...AND THE SPECIFIC TOWNS OF 
  LINCOLN AND BRISTOL WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING. FLOODING WILL OCCUR  
  ON OTHER RIVERS AND STREAMS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTIES. RAINFALL      
  AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE LIKELY OVERNIGHT.
