  SOUTHERN WINDSOR COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN VERMONT

* UNTIL 435 PM EST

* AT 1040 AM EST...A WEATHER SPOTTER IN CHESTER HAS REPORTED
  THAT THE NORTH BRANCH OF THE WILLIAMS RIVER HAS GONE OVER ITS
  BANKS.  CHESTER POLICE ALSO REPORT OTHER SMALL STREAMS ARE NEAR
  BANKFULL.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
AUTOMOBILES.
