THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BROWNSVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN CAMERON COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS

* UNTIL 545 PM CDT

* AT 256 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF RIO    
  HONDO...OR 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ARROYO CITY.  THIS STORM WAS       
  STATIONARY AND DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES OF  
  RAINFALL HAVE FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA IN THE LAST HOUR. 

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
  FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH
