* UNTIL 415 PM EDT.

* AT 338 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER MARLBOROUGH...OR ABOUT 8 MILES  
  NORTHEAST   OF MIDDLETOWN...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.  THIS STORM HAS 
  A HISTORY OF PRODUCING WIND DAMAGE IN HARTFORD COUNTY.
