  SOUTH CENTRAL LARIMER COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL COLORADO

* AT 214 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER DRAKE...OR ABOUT 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FORT
  COLLINS.  THE STORM PRODUCING THE HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 10 MPH.
