  DEVELOPING TORNADO 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ORRVILLE...MOVING EAST AT
  35 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN OR NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE... 
  AREAS JUST SOUTH OF ORRVILLE...TOWARD THE SHEPARDVILLE AREA.
