BARBOUR COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ALABAMA... THIS INCLUDES EUFAULA... * UNTIL 1145 PM CST. * AT 1056 PM CST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 7 MILES SOUTH OF LOUISVILLE...OR ABOUT 17 MILES NORTH OF OZARK...MOVING EAST AT 60 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
