* AT 850 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OCCURRING ACROSS SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF COOSA COUNTY AND ACROSS
  MOST OF ELMORE COUNTY.  LATEST RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE 2 TO 4 INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THESE AREAS SINCE 7 AM.  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL
