  OF THUNDERSTORMS...WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...OVER DEKALB COUNTY. THE
  HEAVIAST RAIN EXTENDED FROM FORT PAYNE...TO GERALDINE. THE AREA
  OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR INDICATES THAT 3 INCHES
  ...OR MORE...OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THIS AREA SINCE MIDNIGHT.
