  WEST CENTRAL DALLAS COUNTY IN ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT.

* AT 507 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN NORTHEAST OF SAFFORD.

* EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE RAPID FLASH FLOODING
  OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND
  ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
