THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A...

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PERRY COUNTY IN CENTRAL ALABAMA...
  DALLAS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 630 PM CST.

* AT 330 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...MOVING THROUGH PERRY
  AND DALLAS COUNTIES.  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE INTO THE WARNED
  COUNTIES THROUGH 5 PM.  RADAR ESTIMATES OF RAINFALL SHOW THAT 2 TO 3
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN PARTS OF THESE COUNTIES SINCE NOON.
  CONTINUED HEAVY RAIN WILL INCREASE THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING IN
  THESE COUNTIES.

* DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
  ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
  CROSS SAFELxY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
  QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
