THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HOWARD COUNTY IN NORTHEAST IOWA

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT

* AT 1049 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE COUNTY WITH AMOUNTS UP TO
  3 INCHES. THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WAS 2 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DAVIS
  CORNERS...OR ABOUT 8 MILES WEST OF CRESCO. THIS ACTIVITY WAS
  MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
