* AT 200 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER WESTGATE...OR ABOUT 7
  MILES NORTHWEST OF OELWEIN. THIS ACTIVITY WAS MOVING EAST AT 35
  MPH.
