THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AMARILLO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DONLEY COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 825 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS      
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS MUCH OF DONLEY COUNTY. THESE  
  HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
  RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 2.5 INCHES PER HOUR WILL RESULT IN FURTHER  
  RUNOFF AND RAPID RISING WATER. 

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  LELIA LAKE...HOWARDWICK...HEDLEY...GREENBELT LAKE AND CLARENDON


MOTORISTS WILL ENCOUNTER RAPIDLY RISING WATER IN UNDERPASSES...
