THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AMARILLO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OLDHAM COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
  DEAF SMITH COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 745 AM CST

* AT 442 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LARGE AREA OF 
HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES AT ONE HALF TO ONE INCH PER 
HOUR. THIS AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH. A FEW 
THUNDERSTORMS WERE EMBEDDED IN THIS LARGE AREA OF RAIN.
