BERKSHIRE COUNTY IN WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS * UNTIL 730 PM EDT * AT 426 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM 15 MILES NORTH OF NORTH ADAMS TO PITTSFIELD...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. * FLOODING WILL OCCUR IN THE NORTH ADAMS...PITTSFIELD AND LANESBORO AREAS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL REACH 1 TO 3 INCHES. FLOODING MAY OCCUR ALONG THE EAST BRANCH OF THE HOUSATONIC...THE HEADWATERS OF THE HOOSIC RIVER...DRY BROOK...THE GREEN RIVER AND TOWN BROOK.
