  SOUTHERN HERKIMER COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 915 PM EDT

* AT 620 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST OVER THE SAME LINE...ALONG AND JUST NORTH
  OF THE NEW YORK THRUWAY FROM JUST EAST OF UTICA TO LITTLE FALLS.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE HERKIMER...ILION...MOHAWK...FRANKFORT
  AND LITTLE FALLS.
