* AT 200 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  RAIN BAND WITH DEVELOPING WATERSPOUTS OVER THE CURRITUCK 
  SOUND. THE BAND IS 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF KNOTTS ISLAND...MOVING NORTHEAST 
  AT 10 MPH. THE WATERSPOUTS WILL LIKELY REMAIN INTACT AS THEY MOVE ACROSS
  THE CURRITUCK OUTER BANKS.
