CENTRAL QUAY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO * UNTIL 200 AM MDT * AT MIDNIGHT MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN 9 MILES NORTH OF TUCUMCARI...MOVING SOUTH AT 5 MPH. * THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...
