  NORTHWESTERN SARASOTA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL FLORIDA

* UNTIL 410 PM EDT

* AT 335 PM EDT...A WATERSPOUT WAS INDICATED BY NATIONAL WEATHER
  SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ABOUT 5 MILES OFFSHORE OF SARASOTA.
  THIS WATERSPOUT WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND IS
  EXPECTED TO MOVE ONSHORE AS A TORNADO NEAR LONG BOAT KEY AND THEN
  MOVE INTO SOUTHWESTERN MANATEE COUNTY BY 345 PM EDT.
