EASTERN CARBON COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA. * UNTIL 1015 PM EDT. * AT 940 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 17 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DELAWARE WATER GAP... MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM HAS DOWNED TREES IN LEHIGHTON WITH WIND GUSTS ESTIMATED AT 60 TO 65 MPH. THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT MOST OF THE EASTERN PART OF THE COUNTY. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.
