THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHESTER COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA.
  DELAWARE COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA.
  PHILADELPHIA COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA.
  NEW CASTLE COUNTY IN DELAWARE.

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT.

* AT 1120 AM EDT HEAVY RAINS ASSOCIATED WITH HURRICANE FLOYD
  CONTINUED TO FALL OVER THE AREA.  RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT
  THREE TO FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN SINCE YESTERDAY...AND
  HEAVY RAIN IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL MORE HOURS.

* STREAM GAGE READINGS INDICATE THAT NUMEROUS CREEKS AND STREAMS IN
  THE AREA ARE OVER FLOOD STAGE.  THESE INCLUDE THE CHRISTINA RIVER
  AND WHITE CLAY CREEK IN NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY DELAWARE...AND
  CHESTER CREEK AND CRUM CREEK IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.
