BERKS COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA. * UNTIL 200 AM EST. * RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINS...AROUND 1 AND 1/2 INCHES...HAVE FALLEN OVER LANCASTER AND SOUTHERN BERKS COUNTIES. THESE HEAVY RAINS WILL CONTINUE SPREADING NORTH THROUGH BERKS COUNTY. SMALLER STREAMS AND CREEKS AND AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE ARE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLOODING. * WATER WILL ALSO POND ON ROADWAYS...AND IN LOW LYING AREAS.
