* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN KAY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 815 PM CDT

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL HAVE PRODUCED RAINFALL UP TO 2.5 
INCHES IN THE LAST 1 TO 2 HOURS. FLOODING IS BEGINNING TO BE 
REPORTED ON ROADWAYS IN THE PONCA CITY AREA.

* HEAVY RAIN WILL BEGIN TO DECREASE DURING THE NEXT 45 MINUTES TO 
ONE HOUR...BUT FLOODING WILL CONTINUE TO BE A PROBLEM FOR ABOUT THE 
NEXT 3 HOURS IN EASTERN KAY COUNTY.
