* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WRIGHT COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 300 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR HOWARD LAKE...
  WAVERLY AND   MONTROSE...ABOUT 30 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  MINNEAPOLIS...MOVING EAST   AT 20 MPH.

* DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES SHOW FROM 3 TO AS MUCH AS 7
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER A GOOD PART OF WRIGHT COUNTY...IN
  AN AREA FROM NEAR COKATO...WAVERLY...TO ST MICHAEL.  THE WRIGHT
  COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED THAT WATER WAS WAIST DEEP IN THE
  ALBERTVILLE AND ST MICHAEL AREAS AS OF 230 AM WITH SOME BASEMENTS
  REPORTED FLOODED.  ADDITIONAL MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL IS
  LIKELY TO OCCUR ACROSS MUCH OF THE COUNTY THROUGH 5 AM.

DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  MOTORISTS
SHOULD BE CAUTIOUS WHEN TRAVELING AT NIGHT.
