* AT 745 PM CDT... AS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR A TORNADO WAS LOCATED
  BETWEEN GULFSHORES AND FORT MORGAN OR 1 MILE SOUTH OF GASQUE...
  A WATER SPOUT WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC JUST SOUTH OF THE
  BEACH AND WAS MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.  THE STORM WILL PASS ACROSS
  THE FORT MORGAN PENNISULA AND MOVE INTO BON SECOUR BAY BY 815 PM.
