THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN CHOCTAW COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN ALABAMA

* UNTIL 600 PM CDT

* AT 332 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AT MOBILE
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHERN CHOCTAW
  COUNTY... WHICH HAVE PRODUCED AMOUNTS OF UP TO 4.5 INCHES OF RAIN
  SINCE NOON PER RADAR PRECIPITAITON ESTIMATIONS.  ADDITIONAL
  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
  EASTWARD OVER SOUTHERN CHOCTAW COUNTY THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE
  fAFTERNOON... MAINTAINING THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING.

* THIS WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND POOR
  DRAINAGE AREAS IN THE THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY.
