THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN CHOCTAW COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN ALABAMA

* UNTIL 145 PM CST

* AT 1134 AM CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AT MOBILE
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING OUT OF
  EASTERN WAYNE COUNTY AND INTO SOUTHERN CHOCTAW COUNTY. PRECIPITATION
  WAS MOVING SLOWLY EAST NORTHEAST.

* THIS WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND POOR
  DRAINAGE AREAS SOUTH AND EAST OF GILBERTOWN.  LOCAL REPORTS FROM
  EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS IN THE COUNTY INDICATE THAT WATER
  IS CLOSE TO COMING OVER BRIDGES NEAR THE OKATUPPA CREEK AREA.
  DON'T CAMP NEAR STREAMS OR OTHER LOW AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING!

  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
  ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
  CROSS SAFELY AND THE ROAD BENEATH MAY NOT BE INTACT. VEHICLES
  CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. IT ONLY TAKES
  A FOOT OR TWO OF FLOWING WATER TO WASH MOST CARS AWAY. REMEMBER...
