THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MILWAUKEE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
  WAUKESHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 1228 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN WAS OCCURING OVER WAUKESHA AND MILWAUKEE COUNTY.

* RAINFALL WILL EXCEED 3 INCHES OVER PORTIONS OF WAUKESHA AND 
  MILWAUKEE COUNTY.  3 TO 4 FEET OF WATER WAS REPORTED OVER PORTIONS 
  OF I94 NEAR PEWAUKEE. LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY AND 
  OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS 
RISING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
