SOUTHEASTERN KENT COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TEXAS * UNTIL 745 PM CDT * AT 705 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER SOUTH CENTRAL KENT COUNTY...OR ABOUT 16 MILES SOUTHWEST OF JAYTON...
