* NUMEROUS SHOWERS WERE LOCATED OVER NORTHERN AUDRAIN COUNTY...AND
  WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH.  THIS AREA ALONG
  WITH PORTIONS OF BOONE COUNTY HAS RECEIVED 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN
  DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS

* HIGHWAY Z IN NORTHEAST BOONE COUNTY HAD WATER ON ROADWAY
