* AT 628 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS STORM WAS 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF BIG
  COPPITT KEY AND EAST ROCKLAND KEY. THIS STORM WILL MOVE NORTH AND
  NORTHWEST AT 20 TO 30 MPH.
