* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  IN SOUTHERN FLORIDA...THE UPPER KEYS IN MONROE COUNTY
  AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS

* UNTIL 845 PM EDT

IN THE PAST 15 MINUTES...SEVERAL WATERSPOUTS HAVE BEEN OBSERVED NEAR
THE UPPER KEYS. AT LEAST ONE HAS MADE LANDFALL AND BECOME A TORNADO.
ADDITIONAL WATERSPOUTS ARE LIKELY TO DEVELOP NEAR AND NORTH OF THE
UPPER KEYS AND MAKE LANDFALL INTO THE UPPER KEYS.
