* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ADAMS COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN MISSISSIPPI
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN MISSISSIPPI
  CATAHOULA PARISH IN NORTHEASTERN LOUISIANA
  CONCORDIA PARISH IN NORTHEASTERN LOUISIANA
  FRANKLIN PARISH IN NORTHEASTERN LOUISIANA
  TENSAS PARISH IN NORTHEASTERN LOUISIANA

* AT 430 PM A LARGE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR INDICATED THAT
RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE REGION INTO
THE EVENING HOURS.

* RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 INCHES BETWEEN 230 AND 430 PM HAVE BEEN
REPORTED...WITH FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AS WELL AS WATER BEGINNING TO
GET INTO SOME HOMES. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL WORSEN THE FLOOD
PROBLEMS.

DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD!
