THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HOUSTON/GALVESTON TX HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WASHINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS
  AUSTIN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1115 AM CDT

* AT 911 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS 
SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN AUSTIN COUNTIES.  AN ADDITIONAL 2 
TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY AS ANOTHER REGION OF PRECIPITATION TO 
THE WEST TRAINS ACROSS THE SAME AREA.  SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE UP 
TO 1/2 FOOT OF WATER ON SOME ROADS IN BRENHAM WHERE 3 INCHES OF RAIN 
HAS FALLEN SINCE 6 AM.
