* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN TREGO COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT

* AT 639 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED
  REDEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS THAT EXTENDED FROM NORTHEAST GOVE
  COUNTY NEAR QUINTER INTO NORTHWEST TREGO JUST NORTH OF COLLYER.
  RAINFALL ESTIMATES IN THIS AREA RANGED FROM 3 TO 8 INCHES IN A 3
  HOUR PERIOD.

  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS. WATCH
  FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS ESPECIALLY NEAR THE
  COYOTE CREEK AND OTHER SMALL TRIBUTARIES OF THE SALINE RIVER WHICH

  FLASH FLOODING PROBLEMS.
