* AT 255 PM EDT... SPOTTERS INDICATED THAT A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY
  HEAVY RAIN WAS LOCATED OVER LAKE COUNTY
  COUNTY... MOVING SLOWLY NORTHWEST.

* :EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AT THE RATE OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR WILL
