THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  ERIE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK
  NIAGARA COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 1050 PM EST

* AT 845 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED OVER WESTERN ERIE
  COUNTY AND NORTHWEST NIAGARA COUNTY... MOVING MOVING TO THE
  NORTHWEST AT 40 MPH.

* THE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS THIS
  AREA. STORMS SEWERS BLOCKED BY LEAVES AND OTHER DEBRIS WILL
  PRODUCE LOCALIZED FLOODING. THE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF
  THROUGH THE MIDNIGHT HOUR.
