THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 800 PM EDT

* AT 555 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF MERGING THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA. THE
  CLUSTER OF STORMS WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CROSS CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY...
  BETWEEN 600 AND 800 PM

THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS THAT
COULD PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
