THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  SOUTHERN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 105 PM EDT

* AT AT 1100 AM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  EXTENDING FROM JAMESTOWN TO RIPLEY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING
  SLOWLY TO THE NORTHWEST.

* THE SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE UP TO ONE INCH OF
  RAIN PER HOUR ACROSS THE WARNING AREA.
